We’ve set up a Quality Management System (QMS) which all our departments and staff have to comply with during everyday business and work. By means of a complete set of quality and control and assurance mechanism, we’re able to ensure the requirement by client and project can be met. Moreover, we value the feedback from our clients, based on which we continuously improve our quality and QMS. BEEC is committed to keep up its QA/QC system and enforcement and continue to provide quality product and service to client’s satisfaction.
BEEC engages various interested parties and make them understand, support and embrace this quality policy by:
1. Complying with statutory laws and regulations by authorities and industries.
2. Progressively and systematically reviewing all areas of our operations to identify quality risks and damages, and ensure that appropriate measures are established and constantly developed.
3. Communicating our commitment to quality policy to all parties involved in our business (such as suppliers, contractors etc.) and ensuring understanding and compliance with our quality requirement.
4. Regularly checking and auditing, both internally and externally, our QMS and conducting Client Satisfaction Survey. All these shall be used to take correction measures and maintain effectiveness of our system and make continuous improvement.
